simple solution works with case on!

This little stand is simple but works well. It holds my phone in its case up off the kitchen counter. I can interact with the screen while it is in the stand or easily pick it up to use it all without unplugging it or fighting with the dock coming with the phone. With my OtterBox Universal Defender Case for iPhone 4 (Black Silicone & Black Plastic) I can still use the stand but it does not fit so snugly. Still it fits well enough to work and be stable with that that thicker case on. The dock connector cord feels very well made and it is just connected by USB so you could use this for other phones with USB cables. I feet the cord is longer than it needs to be and I may use it for other situations and put a retractable cord here. The little prongs that hold the base feel a little thin and delicate to me which is the only bad thing I can say about it. I now have a zillion cords for my iphone and although this is a nice one I would have preferred to pay a little less and not get another cord. Still, this is a nice useful item!
